We proudly install the PianoDisc and QuietTime Player Piano Systems. We have installed these systems on pianos as old as 1890, and Victorian grands and uprights.
PDS Piano Player Systems
The new PDS-128 Plus is the most advanced MIDI player system for pianos on the
market, and can use both floppy and compact disc software as music sources. It
is designed to work with virtually all pianos, new or used, uprights or grands
.
Computer microprocessors provide playback of 127 levels of individual note expression, capturing every exact tone and nuance of each keystroke. PianoDisc's upgradable "flash memory" gives easy and convenient upgrades when new features are introduced (no need to open the unit to replace software - just insert an upgrade disk). Many other standard features make PianoDisc America's #1 selling player piano system.
•Recording System (Option) Patented TFT Recording Strip allows you to record your own performances to floppy disk, a computer sequencer, or an external synthesizer. A full range of 127 MIDI velocity levels are available for every keystroke.
•Symphony (Option) Allows music accompaniment with your piano. PianoDisc uses a custom GM sound module, with 8 MegaBytes of sample sounds (most other GM modules have only 1 MegaByte or less).
QuietTime Our new runaway
best seller! The QuietTime GT-360 system allows the pianist to listen to his/her
performance through headphones without disturbing others. A powerful 8 MegaByte
sound card offers a selection of 128 General MIDI sampled sounds, and is 16-part
multi-timberal. The control unit's LCD display has a 256-element bar graph, which
shows activity on all 16 MIDI Channels. With the addition of amplified speakers,
you can turn your piano into an electronic keyboard (due to piano construction,
there is no modulation wheel). The system includes "PianoMute", a bar that with
the flick of a small lever mutes the piano hammer and strings to silence the piano.
MIDI Ports allow easy interfacing with computers, keyboards, and other MIDI compatable
instruments.
Also now available is the GT-90 (specs available soon), a low cost QuietTime system that is simple to use, and has great sounds. A web page describing it's features is being worked on, and will be made available shortly.
